Pregnant Workers Fairness Act in effect

Pregnant Workers Fairness Act went into effect on June 27, 2023. The law guarantees expanded protections for pregnant workers and requires employers with at least 15 employees to provide reasonable accommodations. Workers can file charges with the EEOC for incidents that occurred on or after June 27.
